Great spot on the lagoon! 🌊 Our room was a double, nothing fancy, but got the job done.

Enjoyed every detail about my very lovely 3 nights stay here. Spotless units with a private bathroom, a full size bed, for instance, and the staff were genuinely helpful. The hotel has best possible and quiet location adjacent to the bacalar, the shores and mexico. I checked out Cenote Esmeralda, that was set relatively close to the property.

The location was unbeatable, close enough to the lake as well as Bacalar, in a very very nice area. The breakfast was served in the terrace...

I had a nice one-night stay at a place with a great location by the lagoon, in a double room with a private bathroom and a full-size bed.

We got a room with a walk-in shower. It overlooked garden;))

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible.

The room was large with climate control and a writing desk.

The staff were really helpful and very very helpful and assisted with free parking. The location comfortable and quiet in an amazing area. Again, walking distance to Cenote Esmeralda.

The staff here were super nice and always ready to help. They quickly took care of anything we needed. the room was great, the bed was huge and comfy. It was overall quite clean. 😊

So glad we chose it, spent 2 relaxing days here. the location couldn't be more absolutely perfect and beautiful right next to the lagoon. - Close enough to the shores of the lake as well as Bacalar directly on the lagoon.

The room I stayed in had a comfortable king-size bed with air conditioning and a workspace; the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location next to the beautiful lake and shores was stunning and fabulous, and it was conveniently located just 2 kilometers from Cenote Cocalitos.

It was tastefully decorated and very clean. the staff were exceptional, always going out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. I loved that they provided kayaks for guest use and the breakfast included was delicious. the grounds were beautiful, with peacocks roaming around, and the location was convenient, close to the main town area of Bacalar. the lagoon itself was absolutely stunning and perfect for swimming. Don't miss out on visiting the nearby rapids area, it's worth the short drive. I can't wait to come back next year with my teens!
